Will I get my money back if I cancel my reservation?
Providing you cancel the reservation 24 hours before the hire is due to commence, you will be entitled to a full refund. If less than 24 hours is supplied you will be charged for one day at the normal rate. If no notice is supplied, you will not be entitled to any refund. It is important that you advise by emailing email@example.com if you wish to cancel a reservation. This way we can hire the vehicle to another customer.
Is there a Deposit payable?
We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit required at the time of booking, depending on the type of vehicle, and the duration of hire.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, age can differ depending on what type of vehicle you would like to hire. To hire our 4x4s you must be at least 25 years old and the maximum age is 75 years.
Is there a mileage restriction?
Yes, all our vehicles come with mileage restrictions, however these restrictions are usually ample for normal usage.
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you can add additional drivers (there is a charge for this service).
Can I take the vehicle out of the UK?
Yes, you can take the vehicle out of the UK but you need to provide your own European insurance, we can provide European breakdown cover at an extra charge. Additional charges do apply for international insurance and excess mileage outside UK Mainland.
I cannot find my driving licence, can I still hire?
Yes, we will need government issued ID (such as a passport) and as we will need to contact the DVLA to check your licence details there is a charge for this service.
What if I have points on my licence?
You may only have 6 points in total for speeding, for others please call us and ask.
